Slottsparken

People's Park (Folkets Park)

The place also has an amusement park with giant Parisian wheel, a terrarium, children’s stage and a farm zoo with a pony riding. The children’s stage is known as Barnens Scen which is used as a theatre, to screen films, circus and for other activities. The farm zoo is known as Ponnygården Arken as it includes a pony riding. All these are open all year long and can be visited anytime.

Folkets Park provides a wide range of entertainment to the tourists and residents of the city and has been one of the most visited places in the city. The amusement park attracts a lot of attention from the tourists and makes the place one of the most visited places in the city, both by residents as well as the tourists. Malmo Opera

The Malmö Opera and Music Theatre is the popular opera house in the city and is locally known as Musikteater. The opera house has a large revolving stage and is used for operetta and musical performances, along with being used for opera.

It is a major tourist attraction as it has an intricately designed foyer with marble staircases and works of art by famous artists. Located at the centre of the Öresund region, the place offers rich and quality cultural life. It has around 1508 seats and a beautiful fountain in the vicinity that creates magical ambience. The opera house organizes performances for children as well as young people that range from new operatic works to musicals of international standards.

 

Swedbank Stadion

Swedish StadionMalmö is well known for its football team, Malmö FF. They are very popular and have won the league many times in the 1970s and 1980s. Since Malmö is popular for its achievements in the field of sports, the Swedbank Stadion has gained popularity among tourists visiting the city.

The football stadium hosts football matches as well as the home matches of Malmö FF. The stadium has a capacity of 24,000 people which includes both standing as well as seated arrangements. 21,000 seats can be utilized during international matches.

The stadium is frequented by the enthusiasts during matches and is one of the most popular landscapes in the city.
