Eating

copenhagen-foodEating out, being one of the Danish national pastimes, it's very hard to find a cheaper restaurant in Copenhagen. Copenhagen is a metropolitan where cultures unite, which makes the cuisine choices vast and delectable. Some eating customs are still specific to the area of Copenhagen, but the meals themselves have grown since the days of rye bread and porridge. A few of the getting on meals are still eaten today but much of Danish cuisine has flourished into a more international standard. However no one in Copenhagen should neglect a lunch-time visit to Ida Davidson’s, the world's greatest sandwich emporium. The Danes love to eat and they are the one who have come with the sandwich idea which is basic food in Denmark. There are over 200 varieties of delicious sandwiches so-called as ‘smørrebrød’ available in Copenhagen.

The Danish dairy products, especially cheeses made, are among the most outstanding dairy products in the world. The milk and milk products of this place are marvelous in its kind. Seafood is a national specialty of Danes. Danish pastries are deliciously special with an infinite variety. Boiled cod or fried eel (stegt aal) and a delicious soup made of rye bread and beer are Danish national dishes. Popular spreads items include liver paste, smoked eel, cod roe, and marinated herring.
